Mar. 11--The Sacramento Environmental Health Division cited the restaurants below for violations and closed them during February.

Togo's; 8053 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights: Closed Feb. 26 due to lack of hot water, reopened Feb. 27.

Delta Isle Resort and Marina; 601 Brannan Island Road, Isleton: Closed Feb. 26 due to lack of permits and unsafe building conditions, currently not reopened.

Wayne's Wok; 7116 24th St., Sacramento: Closed Feb. 28 due to cockroach infestation, reopened March 7.
